application and then, if applicable, volunteering with PAWS. Information will be kept confidential and will

not be distributed, sold or shared outside the PAWS organization. By submitting this form, you consent to

the collection and use of your information for the purpose of processing your application and volunteering

with PAWS.

NOTES:

Please be advised that volunteering with PAWS is strictly voluntary

commitment, and there is no compensation for your time. While participating in

events, you represent PAWS, and your conduct directly reflects on our

organization.

Submitting a Fundraising & Events Volunteer application does not guarantee

acceptance to the PAWS volunteer program. Should PAWS accept my application

for participation in PAWS programs, I agree to release and hold harmless PAWS

from and against any loss, damage, claims, liability, costs, and expenses of any

nature whatsoever, including without limitation attorney fees and disbursements,

arising from or occasioned by my participation in PAWS programs. I understand

there are certain risks inherent in handling animals, and I accept those risks. I will

abide by all PAWS policies and procedures. I understand that I may at any time or

without cause be removed from my position as a volunteer at the sole discretion

of PAWS.
