Cat Care Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in volunteering to provide care for the cats at the PAWS shelter. The information collected from this form will only be used for the purposes of processing your volunteer application and then, if applicable, volunteering at PAWS.  Information will be kept confidential and will not be distributed, sold or shared outside the PAWS organization. By submitting this form, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the purpose of processing your application and volunteering with PAWS. 

Please note – the minimum age to volunteer is 18 years.  If you plan to volunteer with youth between the age of 12 and 17 (max of 2), please include their information below.
